My background spans production, technical systems, and operations. I tend to end up solving the problems between them: figuring out what people need, learning the systems involved, and turning that into something that works.

Ran operations and production for a community broadcast station while modernizing the systems behind it, including broadcast infrastructure, shared storage, remote workflows, training, and web publishing.

Produce audio and video and solve technical production problems for nonprofits, podcasters, creative teams, and other clients, from post-production and restoration to live events and technical consulting.

Lately that has meant AI-assisted workflows, small software tools, home infrastructure, and a personal agent system that connects the tools I already use. DeLeon Labs is where I publish the projects that become useful enough to share.

After hours
There’s more to me than the work. I’m a jazz musician and multi-instrumentalist who grew up in Los Angeles and has lived around the country. I love languages, learning new things, getting outside, staying active, and being a dad.
Outside the job title
A little about me
I came up through music and audio, and I still think like a musician: pay attention, make room for the right parts, and keep working until the whole thing feels right. I’ve carried that approach into production, operations, and technology work. Outside the work itself, music remains a constant.
